Inceptra’s Commitment to Supporting Your Organization During COVID-19

Measures Put in Place to Ensure Our Support of Your Operations During These Challenging Times

The people, nations and businesses of the world are experiencing challenging times.  Times when personal and public health concerns are colliding with business viability and economic outlook.  As such, I wanted to reach out to update you on how business carries on at Inceptra.

First and foremost, our hearts go out to those who have been impacted in any way by COVID-19 and our thoughts are with the thousands that are sick.  We admire those working on the frontlines of this crisis to keep providing essential goods and services and the Inceptra family is inspired to contribute in our own area of capabilities.

We have received numerous letters from customers looking to ensure our supply of products and/or services will continue and that our support of their operations during these trying times will not waver.  Inceptra has been identified as a critical supplier performing essential work by those customers, sometimes as part of the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) identified as a Critical Infrastructure Sector by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

To all our customers – rest assured.  For nearly 30 years, Inceptra has been honored by the trust our customers have placed in us to support their mission-critical business processes with our products and services and we are dedicated to making any effort possible to keep on earning this trust through this period.  Since the start of the pandemic, we have been taking action to adapt to the new reality and the challenges it has introduced.  Inceptra is confident it has the plan and ability to ensure continued support to its customers.

Working Remotely:  We converted nearly all our workforce to work off-site and are doing our part adhering to “stay at home” orders.  Inceptra has always been a highly distributed company throughout the U.S. and Canada and a large percentage of our team has been working from home offices for the last decade, having learned how to be effective and deliver value remotely.  The use of digital collaboration tools is part of our corporate DNA and our team is as effective as ever when working from home.  Many of our services are being delivered today in much the same way as they have been in the past.  Access and service levels for Inceptra Support are, and will remain, unaffected.

On-Site:  With the safety of our employees as a top priority, we closed our offices until further notice. Any team member who needs to get on-site to accomplish specific tasks is spending only the minimum time required and complies with all CDC guidelines.

Travel:  We restricted all employee travel.  Exceptions will be determined by Inceptra management in consultation with our customers and in accordance with government regulations.

Training & Seminars:  Physical educational events have been adapted to be conducted remotely through June 2020.  Our technology savvy team was already delivering live remote classes.  However, to support today’s business environment, we have increased the number of live remote training classes on Dassault Systèmes products and are offering discounts.  We will continue to convert classroom courses into live remote classes as needed.  We have also repackaged our self-paced eLearning solutions to include a shorter quarterly subscription.  Seminars have gone virtual, being adapted into webinars to help keep our people and yours safe.

Our Suppliers:  Inceptra is supported by a number of strategic partners that have applied comparable mitigation practices with their teams.  We are continually in contact with our largest partner, Dassault Systèmes, and are confident in their commitment and ability to maintain their service levels to us and to you.

As we go forward and navigate these uncharted waters together, please know that Inceptra is committed to supporting your organization now and well into the future.  And most importantly, we wish good health for you, your families, and your communities.

Sincerely,

Tim Peterson
